If you are looking for beachfront villas in Turks and Caicos, it is important to know that Skyline Villas is an elevated, ocean-view resort rather than a property directly on the sand. Rockhouse beach is a short walk away, and Babalua Beach is about five minutes away by golf cart.

Babalua Beach, taken care of

A private pool to come home to
Each of our six villas has its own heated salt water pool, with heating included. After a beach day, return to your terrace for a quiet evening. Apartment Orbit is a separate one-bedroom option and does not include a private pool.

How many villas are there, and how many guests can stay?
Skyline Villas has six separate villas and one apartment. Skyline sleeps up to 10; Cosmo, Luna and Pluto up to 8 each; Jupiter and Venus up to 6 each. Apartment Orbit sleeps 2 and does not include a private pool. Luna & Pluto and Jupiter & Venus are pairs of separate villas, not one combined rental. For multiple villas or the whole estate, contact our team to check a suitable arrangement.

How do I get to the beach from the villa?
Rockhouse beach is a short walk from the villas.
Just five minutes from our villas by golf cart lies Babalua Beach, a secluded little gem with beautiful offshore snorkeling and diving spots, inviting you to discover the vibrant underwater world of the Turks & Caicos. Our dedicated Concierge Service will take care of every detail, from arranging your complimentary golf-cart transfer to and from the beach to providing all the beach essentials you may need for a truly carefree day by the sea. And with the island's many other stunning beaches all within a 15-minute drive, a new piece of paradise is never far away. Our Concierge Tennesha will be delighted to share her local favorites and help you discover the beach that is just right for you.
What fees and taxes are applicable?
The following taxes and fees apply in addition to the nightly rate:
- 12% Government Tax
- 10% Service Charge
- 5% Facility Fee (applies from 01 Nov 2026). This small additional fee, often called a Resort Fee, helps cover extras like Wi-Fi, pool service and the beach shuttle, so you can simply relax and enjoy your stay.
- Deep Cleaning Fee: $200 per stay ($300 for Villa Skyline)
Can you arrange transportation from the airport?
We assist with airport transfers at an additional cost. Please provide your flight details at least 48 hours before arrival.
