Traveling with 8–12 guests? Depending on your group size and sleeping preferences, one villa or a combination of villas may suit you. Our villas sleep six to ten guests each. Tell us your dates and we will check the right arrangement.
Neighboring villas are subject to availability and are separate, not interconnecting. Other guests may stay elsewhere on the estate. Every villa has its own heated salt water pool.

With 23 bedrooms across six designer-furnished villas and one luxury apartment, the estate accommodates up to 48 guests. Each of the six villas has its own heated salt water pool, full kitchen, and generous living areas. Apartment Orbit is a separate one-bedroom apartment without a private pool. Everyone has their own space while sharing the larger estate grounds for group dining, celebrations, and poolside gatherings.

Planning a group event in a different country can be complex. Our concierge team takes care of everything — from coordinating arrivals and transfers for guests flying in on different days, to arranging private chef dinners for 30+ guests on the terrace, to organizing boat days, spa treatments, and celebration logistics.
Every group booking receives a dedicated planning contact who works with you weeks or months before arrival to ensure every detail is handled. On the ground, the team is available daily to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Concierge assistance is included. Private chefs, transfers, entertainment, decorations and other optional services are subject to availability and charged separately. Complimentary golf-cart transfers to Babalua Beach and beach essentials are included.
